Pure-software, network and brokerage gross margins reported separately, because each has materially different unit economics and pulling them together hides which line is funding the others. Buyers value each stream at very different multiples.
Cap table & SAFE stack
Pre/post-money cap table with SAFE conversions, option pool top-ups and waterfall scenarios under typical logistics and freight investor terms. Strategic carriers and shippers often invest with commercial commitments that affect later economics.
