Olek Skwarczek

Olek Skwarczek established Flow Partners in 2020 following more than seven years working in technology investment banking, advising clients on M&A, private capital fundraising and strategic matters.

At Flow, Olek leads the firm's coverage across the United States and Latin America, with a particular focus on consumer technology and digital media sectors.

Throughout his career, Olek has collaborated with prominent technology firms including Vivastreet, GoTrendier, Pure, MILES, TBô, Bumble and Pipedrive. He has also worked alongside institutional investors such as Russmedia Equity Partners, Turkven, Arena, Silver Lake, Oakley Capital and EMK Capital.

Before founding Flow, Olek was Vice President at NOAH Advisors, where he focused on internet and software M&A. He started his career in the M&A and due diligence teams at EY and KPMG.

Olek holds an MA in Finance from Warsaw School of Economics and studied at Sogang Business School in Seoul.
