M&A advisory for BPO services companies
BPO M&A has been PE territory for fifteen years and remains so. Sponsors have built enormous platforms in CX, finance and accounting outsourcing, healthcare BPO and back-office services, and the strategics (Concentrix, Teleperformance, TaskUs, Genpact, Cognizant, Wipro) continue to acquire for geographic expansion, vertical depth and AI-enabled capability. EBITDA multiples drive valuation, with premium reserved for higher-margin specialist work and long-tenure enterprise contracts.
PE-backed BPO platforms running active consolidation programmes are the dominant buyer set, alongside the global strategics - Concentrix, Teleperformance, TaskUs, Genpact, Webhelp, TTEC, Sitel - who acquire to add geographic delivery, vertical depth and AI-enabled workflow. Flow has direct access to the sponsors and to the strategic corp dev teams, and we run those buyer universes in parallel.
Flow team has relevant sector experience and has worked with BPO companies across CX and contact centre operators, finance and accounting outsourcers, healthcare BPOs, KPO firms and back-office services businesses.
