Olek Skwarczek co-founded Flow Partners in 2020 after spending over seven years in technology investment banking, advising on M&A, private capital raises and strategy.

He leads Flow efforts in the US and Latin America with focus on consumer technology, digital media and Internet.

Olek has successfully worked with many high-profile technology companies such as GoTrendier, Pure, MILES, TBô, Bumble, Pipedrive as well as with private equity investors including Turkven, Arena, Silver Lake, Oakley Capital and EMK Capital.

Prior to founding Flow, Olek was a Vice President at NOAH Advisors, focusing on Internet & software M&A, and before that he worked with M&A and due diligence groups at EY and KPMG.

Olek holds an MA in Finance and graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and Sogang Business School.
