Olek Skwarczek co-founded Flow Partners in 2020 after spending over seven years in technology & new media investment banking, advising on M&A, private capital raises and business strategy.

Olek has successfuly worked with many high profile technology companies such as Bumble, Pipedrive, Volocopter, 10bis, AU10TIX as well as with private equity investors including Arena Holdings, Silver Lake, Oakley Capital, EMK Capital and more.

Prior to founding Flow, Olek was a Vice President at NOAH Advisors, focused on Internet & software M&A.

Olek graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and holds an MA in Finance. He balances his love for tech with a passion for combat sports and is an amateur boxing athlete.
